- Provide, personalise, and improve the Services;
- Tailor your mentorship and guidance;
- Process inquiries, bookings, and payments;
- Send transactional and service communications (for example: confirmations, reminders, and updates);

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example: web hosting, analytics, email/SMS/WhatsApp platforms, scheduling, payment processing, video hosting, and community platforms). These providers are bound by contract to use data only on our instructions and to protect it. We do not share data with "affiliates" for their own marketing.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above (for example, for the life of your account or engagement), to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to maintain consent and opt-out records. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
